How to Request an Appraisal

We strive to make requesting an appraisal through SEREA as easy as possible. We offer two methods on-line:

1. You can complete our on-line Assignment Information Form to provide the information required at the time of assignment under the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
2. Or you may print and fax the Assignment Information Form to 919.882.1210. (Adobe PDF reader is required for the printable form - available here)

Please do not hesitate to contact us via phone or email if you need to discuss specific details of your required appraisal before placing a request. Regardless of which process you prefer you can make a payment online or use any of our other payment methods.
