Full Appraisal (URAR)- Single family owner occupied dwellings <5000 s.f. $375. Form 1004 – most common form used. The cost approach is not automatically included. PleaseSpecify on the appraisal request if it is to be included.
Full Appraisal (URAR) – Single family owner occupied dwellings >5000s.f. CALL Same as above except larger dwelling that requires more time for measuring, inspection, etc.
Manufactured Dwelling - As defined by Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac ....................$425.
- Form 1004C/70B - Manufactured Home Appraisal Report
FHA Appraisal – Completed by an FHA Roster Appraiser ....................................$400.
Condo Appraisal – Single family, owner occupied condominium .........................$375.
- Form 1073 – Specific to condos
Exterior Appraisal – Used for exterior only inspections .....................................$250.
- Form 2055 – This form may not meet certain lenders requirements.
Multi-Family – 2, 3 or 4 dwellings in an attached building .................................$475.
- Form 1025 – Small Residential Income Property Appraisal Report
Appraisal Update – With re-inspection; Performed per USPAP ...........................$200.
New Construction – Review of plans, cost approach and comp photos ..............$425.
- Old form 1004 normally used.
Draw or Final Inspection – Inspection of subject or site for work completion ....$75.
- Form 1004D – Photo of work completed – No new comps included.

Payment Methods
- Visa and Mastercard card payments accepted through PayPal.
- We also accept personal checks ($25 returned check fee and notification to lender of returned check). We offer a discount of $25 for cash or check payments at the door.
- All appraisals are completed per current USPAP requirements. Appraisals billed to lender/client are due within 30 days or at closing whichever is first.
